CIA COMMENTS OF JULY 1952

From a memo to N.S.A. ER-3-2808:

"4. Recent reports reaching CIA indicated that further action was desirable and another briefing by the cognizant A-Z and ATIC personnel was 25 November. The details of some of these incidents, the memo continued, have been discussed by AD/SI with D-T, sightings of unexplained objects at great altitude and traveling at high speeds in vicinity of major U.S. defensive installations, are of such nature that they are not all attributable to natural phenomena or known types of aerial vehicles.
