TIME LINES

Historians know the value and import of timelines. The visible progress of event/idea and consequence.  Anyone writing a biography knows it is crucial to map out the life of an individual to see the milestones and turning points that feed decisions, changes, and responses.  The points at which crucial life moments intersected the larger social and historical framework.

When I first began my own deep dives into looking at the topic, I found book after book that "clumped" and rearranged events, often without dating or signposts.  This leads to crating false impressions about the importance, significance, or impact of an event.  It is easy to minimize the truly important and move the narrative in new directions. It is easy to hide "the big picture of the forest" by focusing on the lone tree.

For that reason, in my books I applied a chronological approach.  An approach that asks the questions "what was going on?", "what new research might apply?", and "is the official narrative being totally honest?"

It is an approach that also allows for the identification of clusters, geographical patterns, and similar data to be extracted.

This macro approach also allows one to avoid cubbyhole thinking. It encourages exploring into other fields, into other work, into other ideas and then seeing logical connections or hidden links.

It is important in modern studies that this time line be examined, adding all the factors, the players, the ones with something to gain, and the ones in fear of losing something, the global issues/influences, and the micro issues/influences.

It may be crucial to all.

NEW: Retired Dept. of Energy Assistant Special Agent in Charge Kevin Childress, a potential UFO whistleblower, died while in talks to provide testimony to Congress about DOE UAP files Lue Elizondo was arranging for Childress to meet with members of Congress when he was found dead in his home by his wife in August 2021. Childress described himself as a lifelong experiencer to those in the UFO community in the months prior to his death. Childress was a 30-year Special Agent who was awarded DOE OIG Investigator of the Year in 2000 and 2005.

New Names For the Missing/Disappeared List?

There are new names that may well deserve to be added to an ongoing missing/disappeared scientist list. They are both decades old.  Yet all are happening in a very shadowy time in U.S. history when MK-ULTRA was in the background, unapproved tests of LSD, un-regulated studies in mind control and behavior manipulations were going on.  At the heart of all of these is a proprietary issue of who can and who cannot know the "Secret."  Public ridicule is a prime tool to silence such people, "gaslighting", drugging, intimation, threats, and other techniques have all been used. 

James V. Forrestal, America’s first secretary of defense. Died at Bethesda, Maryland, at 2 a.m. on the 22nd day of May 1949. On the 60th anniversary of his death, historians urged a new look and the result was most believed he had been murdered.

It had been suggested that Forrestal, whose name appears in the much disputed "Majestic 12" document was killed to silence his going public about concerns of a secret government power sub-set getting out of control. That theory suggested he shared his concerns with close intimates, one who will end up being CIA Director under John F Kennedy (Dulles) and could have contributed to the assassination of that President due to leaking of the secret.

Other, more recent, studies by historians suggest that Forrestal kept some 15 diary notebooks and in these notebooks were facts -crucial facts - about the last days of WW2, the use of the atomic bomb, and more - that had been kept from Truman.  Knowledge that might have averted use of the bomb and more.  Indications are that those notebooks were removed from his home and taken to the White House and held there for a year. Cause - so they could be examined, evaluated, and perhaps sanitized.

The lingering question is - who would have ordered such a sanctioned governmental assassination?

Dr. James  E. McDonald. d. 1971

Ridiculed by peers for his attempts to seriously do the work of a scientist or was he manipulated to suicide or was he simply murdered.

New York Times: 1971. TUCSON, Ariz., June 15 (UPI) —Dr. James E. McDonald, nationally known University of Arizona physicist, was found dead in a desert area Sunday, an apparent suicide. He was 51 years old.  

Dr. McDonald was a senior physicist specializing in clouds at the university's Institute of Atmospheric Physics and was credited with contributions to the advancement of cloud physics and weather modification research.

Authorities said Dr. McDonald had died of a head wound and that a note and a.38 revolver were found beside the body.

A Respected Scientist / Dr. McDonald, a member of the National. Academy of Sciences, was the most outspoken scientific proponent of the possibility that. unidentified flying objects might be under control from beyond the earth.

Striding in tandem to the brave work of McDonald to apply science to the unknown, to honestly do the work of a scientist was the fact that the majority of scientific work being done in the 1950-1990 time period was government funded.  That meant classifications, secrets, and one hand never knowing what another hand was doing. 

As I have theorized before, the outlier type abductions, aliens, and sightings reported in numerous locals (South and Central America, for example) coincide with the window of time that Gottlieb and ML Ultra were running amuck sans oversight or controls.  The target was mind control and behavioral modifications for use against enemy agents.  The Psychology Board had functioned on its own in the early days and when Eisenhower was elected his team restructured it addressing the oversite concerns on paper.  It is right after this that there is the sudden bloom of sightings and odd accounts being collected in Central and South America.

MK-ULTRA was operated by people with the ethics of Mengele and Singer.  Science for science own sake without regard to ethics or human rights and dignity. If men like Gottlieb could dose a member of their own team with LSD - without that team member knowing or agreeing - thus leading to a death, are there limits to what such a group might do to guard secrets?

FROM THE FILES: 1990's and Computer Interruptus

The recent focused and then fizzled look at the missing and disappeared scientists caused me to reflect on experiences of many doing UFOlogy (the study of UFOs).

In the mid to late 1990's the anniversary of the ROSWELL INCIDENT led to many people, me included, turning back to earlier research and earlier experiences with a settled view. Answers. We all wanted answers.

This was also the time period where there was a lot of focus on so-called "reptilian" aliens. Some were a little extreme and were very demanding that their view was the only right one. In attempting to do research, I was harassed by email from a woman living in the southwest.

This was the time of the infamous claims about Dulce Base in New Mexico emerged through presenters such as Phillip Schneider were making their stories of witnessing unground battles and vats of human body parts.  Phil said if they say he committed suicide - "he didn't" and sure enough in 1996 he died. Police labeled it a suicide. His body, from autopsy photos, does appear to bear bruising as if he had been beaten or his body moved.

I created a free webpage and began discussing the Roswell case, see holes in the new government story, and urging for more truth telling after fifty years. I sent some research to CUFOS and a copy of email correspondence from Robert Todd (a man famous at the time as somewhat of a phantom in the field). My computer began to act up, suddenly the page there, and then black and back up. No power surges, nothing to explain what was happening.  Then, the page showed the "blue page of death" meaning the page was no longer useable. I could reach other pages, do other things, but for 48 hours I had no access to my Roswell page.

Then...it was back...but with some differences.  At the time I had a daisy wheel printer and had both backed up the contents of the page to "flopping disc" but had also printed them out on the daisy wheel printer (one long roll of papers with separation tears built in).   I compared the printed to the on-screen version and some parts had been deleted...some words changed to twist the meaning. Some links had been deleted or subtly changed. 

I was not paranoid...just annoyed.  I took the papers, files and the web address to the public library where I worked and asked our new IT guy. He had a lot of experience in computers, the internet, and things electronical.  We decided to use a public computer.  I reserved one for my break and we met there at the appointed time. He had reserved the one next to me where he could access a master view of the service and the online activity.  He said that I had not had the webpage opened for five minutes when he detected a "third party" was there.  He attempted to kick the third party of the server and it left as another "blue screen of death" popped up.

I have to assume all that the IT guy did, I was a newbie after all, newly graduated from college, just learning all the ropes of everything. 

I heard from other people in the time - through emails, talk shows, and periodicals - that they too were having similar odd happenings

Was it simply coincidence, early faulty systems designs, network overwork, or something else?

CITIZEN RESEARCH: UFO/UAP Research in Oklahoma, A Brief History

A BRIEF HISTORY OF OKLAHOMA MUFON

First Organized:  No clear records have been uncovered but it is believed the group evolved in the late 1970’s.  There was a “group” that sometimes met at a Tulsa library.  

There were other groups, such as the OKC based International UFO Bureau IUFOB), launched by who were hosting conferences on the topic.  Other events discussed the topic or hosted speakers such as members for the ‘Midwest UFO Group’, spearheaded by Walter Andrus, out of Texas. This is the group out of which MUFON will develop. In the early 1980’s this group is making regular speaking tours into Oklahoma. The late 1970’s and 1980’s saw regular articles in Oklahoma newspaper. People had not forgotten the many earlier events in and over Oklahoma. In the early 1990’s the group was being recognized – if with slight tongue in cheek humor – in syndicated columns syndicated carried in Oklahoma newspapers.  

The world wide web was making an impact in the decade and in 1997 ads began appearing in some newspapers.  They were often labeled as “UFO Web Sites” and included information about the New Hampshire Mutual UFO Network, the UFO Director and Forum and UFO Folklore (all of which appear to now be defunct). She received a B.A. in History and an M.L.I.S. (Master in Library and Information Studies) from the University of Oklahoma.

Her published works related to the unexplained include: Sooner Saucers: 1947-1969, Oklahoma UFO’s; Sooner Saucers: Vol 2; UFO’s Over Oklahoma: A Short Guide to Route 66; 1947: Those Saucy Saucers; Encounter in Kansas; and Sunflower Saucers: Some Kansas UFO Accounts. Becoming a Field Investigator with MUFON melds all these interests and professional experience together in a desire to contribute to the goals of the organization: “I. BIO: Oklahoma MUFON bids farewell to Robert "Bob" Davis after several years of committed and vital leadership.  He stepped into the State Director position when William "Mike" Six was named one of the new Regional Directors for MUFON.

Bob was a dedicated Field Investigator and masterfully stepped into the leadership role. His vast experience and passion for exploring the unknown made him an invaluable asset to our team. He brought in new skills and trained to a high level of competency the certified field investigators with which he worked.  He was committed to bringing accessible and easy to use tools into investigations and introduced many of these to the betterment of the trainees and the final results.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and began his career as a production engineer with Philips Lighting. He later transitioned to a career spanning 39 years as an electrical engineer, designing hardware and writing software for various flight simulators. His engineering background has provided him with the analytical skills needed for investigating unexplained aerial phenomena.

Bob’s fascination with UFOs started in his childhood after reading The Report on Unidentified Flying Objects by Edward J. Ruppelt. As a teenager, his interest deepened with Chariots of the Gods by Erich Von Daniken. His approach to UFO investigation mirrors his engineering mindset—careful data collection, correlation, and teamwork are essential to uncovering the truth.

[2023-2024] William "Mike" Six 

Oklahoma Mufon/ MUFON roles: Regional Director, State Director, and Assistant State Director.  A certified field investigator and a MUFON STAR Team Member.  

BIO: William “Mike” Six was a native Oklahoman, born in Tulsa. He Joined the U.S. Marine Corps right after graduation from High School in 1971.  While in the military, he was assigned to the Fleet Marine Force where he served as a rotary wing (helicopter) Flight Engineer and Aerial observer and was assigned to a Marine Attack Helicopter Squadron.

Upon his return back stateside, Mike was selected for the “Platoon Leaders Class” and attended the University of Oklahoma where he studied Engineering and worked towards his goal to receive his commission as a Marine Corps officer.

During Mike’s sophomore Year at O.U., he elected to separate from the Marine Corp and entered into Law Enforcement with the City of Midwest City Police Department where he served as a Police Officer.

During his time as a Police Officer, he participated in the rescue and recovery efforts at the Murrah Building Bombing, the Star Elementary School fatal explosion, May 3rd ,1999 F-5 Tornado. Mike was instrumental in successfully implementing the Community Based Policing Program into his community.

While serving as a police officer, He earned his Degree in Criminal Justice & Police Science. Mike retired from the Police Department after nearly 30 years of service and is bringing with him all of his investigative experience, techniques and training to MUFON as a Field Investigator. 

He served as Assistant State Director and then State Director of Oklahoma MUFON before assuming the director role of one of several multi-state Regional Groups within MUFON.  Mike was a strong supporter of his team.  His vast experiences made him an outstanding leader and a friend to many.

William "Mike" Michael Six, born on July 3, 1954, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 71. He was a resident of The Village, Oklahoma. A committal service with Military Honors took place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 8701 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on December 9, 2025.

[ca 1994 ] Richard Seifried, wife Jean Seifried. Co-Directors.  Jean was noted in a newspaper article as “director of investigations.”   They alleged the University of Oklahoma created a chilling climate for honest discussion or study of the phenomena (1994). Richard Seifriend claimed to have a masters in education and had taught at the University of Arkansas as well as other locations but when he came to Norman, Oklahoma around 1990 he offered to conduct a classing the school’s continuing education program but was denied. 

[1978] Jean Waller was identified as the Oklahoma regional representative of NICAP (National Investigation Committee of Aerial Phenomena).

MEMBER BIOGRAPHIES 

CRISEL, CHARLES H ,MSG (US ARMY, Retired)  | 1948 - 2024  / MSG (Retired) Charles H. Crisel (April 30, 1948 - December 9, 2024)  /MSG (Retired) Charles H. Crisel, 76, of Lawton, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024. Born on April 30, 1948, in Cushing, Oklahoma, he was the son of Raymond and Mary (Carpenter) Crisel.

Charles graduated from Cushing High School in 1966 and began a distinguished military career in the United States Army in 1967. He served his country with honor for 24 years, retiring in 1991 at the rank of Master Sergeant. His dedicated service earned him numerous awards, including the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster, National Defense Service Medal w/Service Star, Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal-8 and the Humanitarian Service Medal-Cuban. Charles also served during the Vietnam War, receiving the Vietnam Service Medal with Four Bronze Service Stars, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry Unit Citation with Palm.

Following his military retirement, Charles continued his commitment to service as a civil servant on Fort Sill, Oklahoma, from 1991 until 2007 retiring as the Freight Branch Supervisor.

He was also involved with MUFON.  Mindi Tautfest, past state director of Oklahoma MUFON had this to say: “…Charles Crisel passed away this week. He was a long time FI here in Oklahoma and my first partner in MUFON…I will miss our investigation road trips and deep talks. You were the best!”

RESPONSES TO RELEASED FILES

 A survey of previous postings will demonstrate how my years of research verified the tactics of distraction, bait and switch, and band stand propaganda have driven every government group "researching" the topic.  Ever civilian organization has been infiltrated by individuals who serve as the small foxes gnawing the vines.  They drive in wedges of fear, distractions and paranoia. From NICAP to [fill in the blank organization].

The pages and files are filled with ways the researchers falsely labeled sightings, held back information, and then lumped them all together to support the narrative.

Despite the release of films and images that have been labeled as unidentified by DOW and other elements of the government, there are Monday Morning Quarterbacks who - oh how amazing! - they find what all those experts do not?  Old game tactic, dismiss your trainer radar technicians, trained weather observers, and trained everyone else to carry across the agenda that they were mistaken!  What is the ethics of blaming trained individuals already tasked with vital national security work and label them - publicly - as incompetents?

Truth...the rarest commodity in the world.
