Dr. Frank Stranges

 His bio says he had advanced degrees in theology, psychology, and criminology. He was a minister. He was a philosopher. He had met and traveled with a man from Venus - one Valiant "Vai" Thor in the 1960's.  Who was he really and who or what was Valiant Thor? In the early 1960's Stranges met an alien ...he chronicles the story in his book STRANGER AT THE PENTAGON.

President of International Evangelical Crusades and the International Seminary of California. He received masters and doctoral degrees in colleges sponsored by the Independent Assemblies of God.
